How can I track my order?

What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time of your order consists of the processing time and the shipping time:

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed the same business day (Mon - Fri).
  • Processing time: 1-4 business days (Mon - Fri).
  • Shipping time: 7-10 business days (Mon - Fri).

Please note that holidays and busy periods may affect the delivery time.

I am not satisfied with my package.

You have up to 30 days after receiving your package to return the item. Please consult our refund policy for information about returning your package.

How quickly will I receive a refund?

We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition

During the checkout process, you have the option to enter your gift card or voucher code in the designated field. After entering your code, click or tap the "Apply" button to redeem your gift card or voucher.

The total amount will then be automatically adjusted. Once your gift card or voucher has been successfully applied, you can proceed with the checkout process as usual. Review your order details, enter any additional required information, and complete your purchase.

Order is marked as delivered, but I have not received anything?

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you can take the following steps:

Check the delivery address: Make sure the address was entered correctly when placing the order. Packages are sometimes delivered to neighbors, the reception, or another location on your property.

Look for delivery notes: Check if the delivery person has left any delivery notes. Packages can be left in safe places or at a reception if you are not home.

Contact customer service: If you cannot find the package, contact our customer service. Provide your order and tracking information, and we will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring you receive your order.

I have not received my order confirmation, what now?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains the order number (at least 4 digits), a summary of the order, and the delivery address.

Sometimes the order confirmation email may accidentally end up in your spam or junk folder. Take a moment to check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.

If you have checked the spam folder, waited a moment, and verified your email address but still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. Provide them with your order details, including your full name and order number, and they will help you verify the status of your order and resend the confirmation email if necessary.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs back. Only the costs for returning from your home to the return address are at your own expense.

Conditions for returning:

  • You may unpack and try the product as you would in a physical store. Has the product been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning? Then we may charge a depreciation fee.
  • Return the item if possible in the original packaging, along with all included accessories.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Some products cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized items
- Hygiene-sensitive products whose seal has been broken

  1. Contact: To start a return, you must contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt via info@drivemax.nl. Please mention your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return instructions received: You will receive return instructions from us after contacting customer service. 

Note: Always send us the link with the Track & Trace number of your return shipment. Only when we can confirm that the return shipment has been received can we proceed with the refund.
