We offer FREE shipping on all our orders, even for smaller orders with just one product.

Order Tracking

Lost or Missing Packages

Not Home
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will make a second attempt or deliver the package to a nearby pickup point. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when you can pick up your package.

Refuse Delivery
If you refuse an order during delivery, the costs of return shipping and processing of the items are your responsibility.

Address Change
Would you like to change the delivery address of your order? Then contact our customer service within 24 hours after placing your order or before the cut-off time via info@drivemax.nl. We do our best to meet your request, depending on the status of your order.
